Nanaimo-Ladysmith School District
The International Student Education (ISE) Program in Nanaimo is for high-school students (grades 8 to 12, ages 13-19) who wish to study English and standard academic subjects in a supportive environment. The ISE Program has approximately 250 International Students enrolled among the 7 high schools. International students are fully integrated with 7,000 Canadian students in academic and elective subjects. All schools have modern facilities, including multiple computer labs and fine arts classrooms. Students can attend for one or two semesters or may graduate with a British Columbia Diploma to qualify for college and university programs in Canada, the United States and around the world. Website

The International Student Program (ISP) in Powell River provides an excellent quality education program for students from other countries who wish to study in Canada. Currently in its 14th year, our successful program offers International students a BC Government Ministry of Education approved curriculum and BC Government certified teachers.
